I am a time-served, university-educated, and professionally recognised engineer (EUR ING, CEng, MIET) with over twenty years of experience in maintenance, automation, projects, and facilities. My career combines hands-on engineering and senior leadership roles across automotive, oil & gas, aerospace, FMCG, special purpose machinery, and food manufacturing.
I now lead engineering functions at a head-of-engineering level, managing managers and full departmental responsibility. I focus on creating environments where teams and leaders can perform at their best, integrating strategic oversight with practical engineering know-how, and ensuring projects and operations meet both technical and business objectives.
I combine leadership, strategy, and technical expertise to ensure projects and engineering operations are delivered reliably, efficiently, and safely. I work closely with teams to foster accountability, operational excellence, and continuous skill development.
