I set Tyne Automation up to provide senior level control systems advisory, digitalisation strategy, and technical leadership support. The principle behind it was simple, making sure the job is done right. That meant clear standards, structured delivery, strong technical governance, and practical leadership rather than theory.

I am an experienced engineering leader with a background in industrial automation, control systems, maintenance strategy, and operational improvement. My experience includes site level engineering management through to multi site technical leadership, covering legacy upgrades, standards alignment, systems integration, and building engineering capability within teams. I am particularly strong where technical detail meets accountability, whether that is modernising ageing assets, raising engineering standards, or bringing structure to delivery.
